My newest Etsy purchase

I've been trying to upload a photo of my newest Etsy purchase from 2VirgosDesign without success today. Jackie makes this wonderful, handmade, handpainted soap called Knights Templar! I've always been fascinated by the history of the Knights Templar so this design really grabbed my attention. It's a good sized bar with a wonderfully masculine scent. It's reminds me a bit of sandalwood but there's a bit more to it that adds more depth. Jackie keeps the mix secret since it's her own blend ( I would, too since it smells so nice!) She also sent some really great incense of the same scent and another called Black Knight which is really deep and rich.
2VirgosDesigns offers other handmade 3D soaps such as the Maltese Dog which she also handpaints! You should check out her shop and enjoy the unique, inspired aromas!

Another great etsy purchase!

I saw this handpainted, one of a kind pendant from Scheri
and knew that I just had to have it! Her BFF Karen from Rachael's Garden was with her when I bought it and said that she knew that I would just love it! Scheri said she was bittersweet to let go. Scheri's shop is closing in a week temporarily for medical issues, so be sure to check by today and help out a fellow artisan.

Update: Just received it in the mail today and I love it! It's so beautiful and it shimmers a little in the sunlight! I has a wood back so it's very light weight but sturdy, too. Thanks, Scheri!

Ellen Morrow is a brilliant and talented artist! This is the first item I ever purchased on Etsy. As you can tell I love birds and this watercolor really made an impression on me. I love the color combination and the background effects. Very nicely done!

This handmade journal from Yatsu, it's called Cockatiel. I thought is was too adorable and since I have a cockatiel I just had to own this. I have yet to write in it because it's too pretty to change just yet!
