Hmmm. Very interesting. Thanks for posting this! I really don't see how Etsy can further a small business when there is so much competition. I had a customer purchase from another seller by mistake because she clicked on a link in my tags and she ended up in someone else's shop. I like the platform, that's why I use it. If I decide to get more serious about revenues, I'd have to find another web presence. ~ Amber
